All orders are dispatched from our studio in Scotland within 2–3 working days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Delivery

Standard Tracked Delivery – £4.95
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Free UK delivery on orders over £100.

Europe Delivery

Standard Tracked Delivery – €14.95
Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days from dispatch.

Free European delivery on orders over €150.

US & Canada Delivery

Standard Tracked Delivery – $17.95 USD
Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days from dispatch.

Free US and Canada delivery on orders over $150 USD.

We use trusted national and international carriers to help ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be extended during product launches, peak seasonal periods, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or delivery charge at checkout.

Persimmon Apparel is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges that may apply.

If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will be processed once the order has been returned to us. Original delivery costs and any return costs or charges incurred may be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise required by law.

Packaging and materials

We design Persimmon pieces to last, and we apply the same thinking to how we ship them.

Our garments are made using 100% organic cotton.

Orders are packed in 100% recyclable materials, including durable cardboard boxes.

Each item is wrapped carefully in tissue paper, with no poly-bags.

We continuously look for ways to reduce waste and unnecessary packaging while keeping your order protected and arriving in perfect condition.

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed.
In original condition.
With all original tags attached.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item once cancellation has been confirmed.

Persimmon Apparel will cover the cost of standard return postage for eligible returns. Once your return has been approved, we’ll email you a returns label to print and attach to your parcel.

Items should be returned securely packaged and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Any enhanced delivery costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges are non-refundable by Persimmon Apparel, unless otherwise required by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, at: hello@persimmonapparel.com

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order to secure your item and returning the original for a refund.
