We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Persimmon Apparel Limited.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us once cancellation has been confirmed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items must be in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping
Persimmon Apparel Limited will cover the cost of standard return postage for eligible returns.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll email you a returns label to print and attach to your parcel.
Items should be returned securely packaged and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process returns that have not been approved in advance.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.
Any enhanced delivery costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges are non-refundable by Persimmon Apparel Limited, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with details and photographs where possible.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
6. Exchanges
If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order to secure availability and returning the original item for a refund.
